  • How long does shipping take?
    This may vary depending on how busy it is at the moment. It is currently very busy due to the Covid-19 virus and various shipping companies are very busy handling all packages. Shipping is done via GLS and this usually takes 1 to 5 working days.
  • Kan het toestel opgehaald worden
    Dit is niet mogelijk. We zijn een webshop die bestellingen laat leveren via DPD of UPS.
  • Can I come and test the device on site?
    Yes. You can come and test the Thermomix of your choice by appointment and, if desired, also purchase it on site.
  • Can a device be repaired?
    Depending on the problem, this is possible. Even if the device was not purchased from us. Be sure to send us a message and we'll see what the possibilities are. The device can be delivered to us or picked up by GLS.
  • Kan je als particulier toestellen aankopen of laten herstellen?
    Dit is niet mogelijk. Wij werken enkel met ondernemingen die een geldig BTW nummer kunnen aantonen.
  • Do you also sell the new version of Thermomix?
    We do not sell these, only the Thermomix TM31 and older models.
